Dear APCA Member,

Our Annual General Meeting will be held at Cloverdale Paints – 4880 – 104 Avenue SE, Calgary and by Zoom video conferencing to accommodate out of Calgary members.

Please register here first so we can ensure we will have quorum. Once you RSVP the login details will be sent to you if you are attending virtually.

Click and download the 2023 Slate of Nominations document, along with the Nomination Form if you know of anyone interested in participating on the Board this year. Please submit all nominations by March 20, 2023.

The meeting will start 5:00 pm, anticipating about an hour discussion, followed bysnacks for those in person. This will be an excellent opportunity to meet the many new members that have joined us over the last 2 years.

The Wilf Grapentin Memorial Golf Tournament supporting the Wilf Grapentin Memorial Scholarship Fund

Sign up and payment deadline April 30, 2019

Date: June 20, 2019
Time: Noon with 1:00 pm Shot gun start
Location: McKenzie Meadows Golf Club 17215 McKenzie Meadows Drive SE, Calgary
Cost: $185.00 per player (GST included) Proper golf attire

Included in your fee:

  • 18 holes of golf – BEST BALL format
  • Spolumbos sausage at the turn and a beer hole
  • BBQ burgers by Cloverdale Paint on the back nine
  • Range balls, golf cart and a goody bag
  • $10,000 hole-in-one hole!
  • Long drive, KP fun holes – one on every hole
  • Prime rib dinner and loads of fun!

Followed by a live auction, silent auction and LIVE music!

All proceeds to the Wilf Grapentin Memorial Scholarship fund

Out of town folks can stay at the Deerfoot Casino at Special rates which includes free shuttle service to and from golf course!
