TakeOff Experts, based in Edmonton, was started in January 2020. We assist Commercial Painting Contractors & Estimators of varying levels of experience, to bid with confidence, by preparing accurate and detailed takeoffs from digital blueprints using OST software, and preparing costing spreadsheets, to make their bidding process much easier, faster and frequent. More bids out the door, result in more jobs. Hence, our credo is “Bid More Jobs. Win More Jobs.”

At the moment, the team consists of Hakim Kassam, Director of projects, quality control & training, and an Engineer, who is a senior On Screen Takeoff software technician. There is a part time junior takeoff technician who is a CET graduate from NAIT, to assist with additional takeoff work. They are currently training another engineering graduate for the near future, to specialize in commercial painting and wall vinyl covering takeoffs. The goal is to provide the best takeoffs services in Alberta, specifically for commercial painting contractors, by maintaining strict control on uncompromising quality of work and accuracy. All takeoff work is insured with an Errors & Omissions Insurance policy, for clients’ peace of mind and are delivered with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Check out their website takeoffexperts.ca, to better familiarise with their takeoff service.
